False and misleading advertising perpetuated!

Made a reservation for Zinyala Private Game Reserve (see review on Hello Peter). Experience was horrible to say the least. Submitted a review to booking.com early December 2019. The review was not published as they wanted to give the establishment an opportunity to respond. A further request to publish the review and stating that not publishing the review amounted to censorship has not been rep**** to. Zinyala Private Game Reserve continues to advertise on booking.com. The advert includes a photo of the entrance gate with four stars. This creates the impression that it is a four-star graded establishment - it is ungraded! The facilities are no where near even three stars. They continue to claim an "on-site" restaurant. This facility was closed some time last year already! There is more but read the full review. Why bother to ask for reviews if you're not going to publish them?
