False and misleading advertising.

I am very upset. I made a booking for ATKV Goudini Spa. They had a whole lot of photos. They had a special on. I paid R1100 deposit and had to pay balance of R1100 on arrival. When I got to ATKV the booking was for a very low grade backpackers flat. It was terrible and dingy. There was no mention of that in the advert. The advert showed beautiful photos and patios and views. This backpacker was rather disgusting and NO patio. It was misleading advertising. And no mention of backpackers. False advertising and ATKV should keep control of what other places advertise. I had to pay double the amount to stay in a nicer unit.
