False adverti*****t for accommodation

I booked accommodation on booking dot com today and paid online. I travelled to the accommodation only to find it was locked up and no one was there. I proceeded to call multiple times but no one picked up. I left the accommodation and travelled back home only for them to call and say that there is no one there and they would make a plan to open the place up. The lady was rude, impatient and abrupt it didn’t call me back for hours knowing that they were not there but accepted the booking. If I cancelled I would forfeit my money but them not being there to open plus me having to go all the way back was a loss of the money anyway. This is completely unfair. Booking dot com please remove Queen & king lodge from your system!! The service is below acceptable..!!
