I made a booking on 13 January 2024 with booking.com they advertised a holiday home with a pool and 3 amazing views that meets the Atlantic Ocean in Houtbay but when I got to the place the 1st red flag was the dirty pool I then went in the so called holiday home just to find myself standing in a small cramped room with a small bathroom and bed +kitchen all stuffed in there also it had a smell of a room that have been locked for a while I was livid I then contacted booking.com and told them what I got for my money and it's definitely not worth it they then apologized and told me to give them time to sort things out they then offered me a 50% refund or a free accommodation obviously a different place but now they somehow deleted all the emails they sent to me but I to screenshots of it I just want to say stop with the false advertising and ripping people off and now that I know how you do business I would never make use of you or recommend booking.com to anyone.
