FALSE ADVERTISING FROM BOOKING.COM and POOR ACCOMODATION AT THE DREAMHOUSE GUESTHOUSE

<p>I booked "THE DREAMHOUSE" guesthouse through booking.com where it clearly advertised NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Without my knowledge, an amount of R4550 was put through my creditcard as a deposit, which they refuse to refund now and told me I need to take it up with the DREAMHOUSE guesthouse, who also refuse to refund me. I used the filter on the booking.com website to book for 3 adults, it directed me firstly to the DREAMHOUSE guesthouse when I chose HOUTBAY. A room was allocated to me and the day I arrived, it was a room for two adults with ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE SHELF to unpack. I wasnt happy with accomodation and had to find other accomodation 400 km away, as it was holliday peak season.This is FALSE advertising from BOOKING.COM and I find it unexceptable that you can book into a place for 7 days and NO SHELVING SPACE to unpack is provided.<br />Are you suppose to life out of your suitcase? Also the DREAMHOUSE guesthouse only offers you your room, there is no communial sitting room with TV and mingling with other guests. That means if it rains, which it did the day we arrived, you can only sit on your bed, as your suitcases fills the room!</p>
