FALSE ADVERTISING FOR HOTEL IN DUBAI

My son travelled to Dubai yesterday a young man on his own in a foreign country . I booked a hotel for him which they listed as 3 star and had special prices for accommodation. When my son arrived from the airport the hotel was disgusting. Nothing like advertised and there was no electricity , there was **** and urine on the toilet seats and no swimming pool as advertised. The advert showed a very different picture. The place was not even live able for a human being. Filthy. This is not acceptable when a young person who has never even been on a plane arrives at his accommodation to find this. It cost that he had to be booked into an alternative hotel at twice the cost which is also 3 star and beautiful. I am disgusted that booking.com would even list this property without checking first and updating information. I have requested a full refund and expect that to be repaid immediately.
