False advertising

I booked a room on booking.com for 20 days, on the add it's a nice room. I stayed for 5 days in a room and then they moved me into another room which is filthy, our sheets doesn't get changed, there is ****roaches everywhere and when you try to cancel on booking.com there is no option, you can't even get through to the customer service. This is false advertising and I want my money back!
