False Advertising

We booked 2 nights at B&B through the website booking.com - we only stayed 1 night due to the fact that the B&B we booked into was completely different to what was advertised on booking.com - the room was much smaller, we didn't get wifi, aircon or satellite tv, nor did we get even 1 bar of soap and there wasn't even proper running water. I contacted both the B&B and booking.com to request a refund - I still haven't received feedback from booking.com and the owner of the B&B is arrogant and refuses to give me a refund. Will never use booking.com again because of this false advertising.
