False advertising.

<p>Booking.com guaranteed to me a specific amount advertised as a SPECIAL which I booked weeks in advance.</p> <p>Prior to the dates booked, I emailed Booking.com to confirm that everything was in order. I was reassured that the hotel in Swaziland new that we were set to arrive on April 1st for 3 nights at the set amount that was advertised.</p> <p>Apon arrival, we were told that the GUARANTEED price that I had booked was WRONG and had to pay a substantial amount MORE. It has now been more than 6 weeks, countless emails back and forth with customer service and NOTHING has been done about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Booking.com is unreliable and I would not advise any person to use their services.</p>
