False advertising

I made a self catering booking via bookings.com website in Western Cape, Eden Bay. When we got there, appliances where out of order including the stove, we also have to pay for our own electricity which was never mentioned in the bookings terms and conditions. Our main bedroom blinds are not working , wide open with no privacy. For the amount of money we were charged. This is not value for money. Bookings.com are referring me the owner of the unit and not taking accountability.
