FALSE ADVERTISING

we are a group of 8 that made a booking with bookings.com for VILLA VIA MIDRAND HOTEL, to check in on the 13/09/2018 and check out on the 16/09/2018, our booking was made confirmed and paid for due to the advertising through bookings.com. when we got to villa via on the 13/09 we were utterly disappointed with everything from the unsafeness of the place to the construction and the untidiness of the accommodation we did not use the accommodation and we complained instantly, to date nothing has been done about it, they want to compensate us 423.00, in my opinion bookings.com is not scanning the place, they are falsely advertising and ppl like us that cannot view the premise prior to booking fall prey to this sort of advertising. we were stranded with no accommodation far away from home and this was the worst experience ever. the reason for this post is to make the public aware of false advertising and they don't experience what we experienced with villa via and bookings.com. please try and assist me resolve this very serious issue
