FALSE ADVERTISING

As a customer I am appalled by how a company like [URL Removed] represents substandard hotels/accommodation such as \Residence Les Maguiers"(Reunion Island)! We have been mislead by both [URL Removed] and \""Residence Les Maguiers\"" for providing completely outdated photos of the apartment. It was completely not to our expectations and we were utterly let down by how we were \""not\"" 'welcomed' to how everything was handled. The cancellation policy does not allow for a refund as we were supposed to have it cancelled way before our journey started. The reservation was taken up on the 2.12."
