Failure to support Accom hosts

**** bookings, cancellations penalty free (was not in my settings) and has taken 14 days booking via multiple guests all cancelled 1 day in advance with no time to resell. I have NEVER had 1 day penalty free cancellation settings in my 8 years of hosting
