Failure to refund customer

Booked accommodation on the 4th of April for the 7th of April 2023. I immediately paid to secure my spot at Oasis of life guest house in Emalahleni but the trip was cancelled so, I immediately cancelled the reservation. No penalty for this.

The website said I would be refunded my R1,750 with 7 to 12 working days. This did not happen, I followed up and was told the same nonsense, another 7-12 working days. Safe to say that I was **********.. even today, I have not seen a cent of my money back.
