Failure to refund and lack of communication

Last year on April I made a booking with Booking.com for the 1st of April till 6th of April 2023. A Cosy 2 bedroom Duplex at Bryan Brook Estate. After deduction of payments, I received a call from the Agent or Reception requesting I cancel as the place is taken and said booking.com would then refund my money. I sent countless emails to booking.com and the Place till now there was no communication and refund. I was blocked on WhatsApp and on calls by the person who owns or responsible for bookings at Bryan brook estate. And booking.com has not rep**** to any of my emails. I am still awaiting my payment till now.
