Failed me

On the 4/12/2018,I did online booking with booking.com (Amsterdam).I didn't receive any confirmation for booking from them,I assumed that booking was unsuccessful and I did booking with other companies.On the 10/12/2018 I noticed that the was a deduction from my account ofR3105.00,Ref ********** was no correspondence,no confirmation details,nothing from them.I was just wondering if who did the deduction.As I didn't get any correspondence them I booked somewhere else then I lost my money
