Pathetic service via their app for refund on booking made, place in jeffreys bay, terrace at the beach, date 25th to 26th October. Business trip for bi-election. Previous owner contacted me, 25th saying they sold property, not operational. They've asked booking.com to remove them as a property numerous times. I requested cancellation full refund 35th. Owner approved it. Guess what they respond customer service saying they can't assust as the owner didn't respond. Where do I go to.
