Extremely unhappy

The Ivory 402 in Cape Town misold an apartment I booked for a weekend away and The date is now the 24th and I still have not received my refund which was actioned on the 3rd October and that leaves me with no option but to take the issue higher as that is my money due to me, due to property false adverti*****t which they took accountability for. I have been reaching out too the property agent Host Agent however always told it is being chased. I am so upset that is a lot of money and I need my money booking confirmation number is TOTAL OF R5674.00 IMAGINE
