Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I was unable to access my paid accommodation, received incorrect access codes, and was ultimately blocked by the host. Booking.com’s handling of my complaint has been equally disappointing, with poor communication and an unfair resolution despite the evidence provided.
