EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DISSAPPOINTED!!

FURIOUS!!!!! I made a reservation with BOOKINHG.COM at ILahle Guest House for the 26th February 2022-27th February 2022- 1 night. The address shown there is invalid and the owner did not answer his phone when we tried to contact him.😡 We are currently stranded in Mpumalanga because we have no place to sleep. I already paid, and apparently I will not be refunded.😡😡😡. So I paid R1500 for nothing!!) I called the customer service and they also did not help me! They were USELESS!! All I want is for me to be refunded my money because I did not sleep there. We had to sleep in the car at a Total garage.!!!!!!!
