Excellent service

During the recent floods in the Western Cape, I was stranded in Gansbaai. I was able to make a booking. Though one of the rooms booked was taken, I was promised a refund. The whole booking was refunded due to a miscommunication between the proprietor and booking.com, they paid for my accommodation and were happy to do so. Using their contact me, I got a call from an agent and was able to contact an agent when needed.
