Excellent service!

What amazing service! Queried a clause on their website regarding my hotel booking for Maldives. Agents were easy to reach, professional , listened , were efficient, told me it takes 1-5 days to attend to the querie as it has to be submitted to another department. They attended to my querie promptly, within a few hours I had a response from the department, they called and they emailed. Didn’t have to chase them at all. Very impressive. Just excellent!
