Emfuleni river lodge ****s guests using booking.com

Using booking.com website we booked into the Emfuleni River Lodge in Vanderbiljpark, South Africa. The booking was immediately charged to my credit card. We did not stay at this guesthouse as after ***** directions we arrived at an unmarked isolated location which did not appear to be a business catering for accommodation. They were not expecting us despite having called the contact number prior to arriving who was also not on site. We felt unsafe and left to find alternative accommodation. We have not been able to contact the owner since, he doesn’t answer his calls. We have not been refunded.
