Yesterday on 31 January i made a booking with booking.com at The Cube, Sandton Rivonia. When I arrived at the apartments, I called the host requesting for him to assist us with checking in. He then told me he won't help us check in. He then hanged up on me, when I tried calling the second time his phone was now off. We then spoke to the security and then discovered it's all a ****, we are requesting for a refund and need your assistance asap
