Dysfunctional Partner Website

I listed my property with Booking.com. When I tried to remove it I was required to enter a pin sent to my cellphone. Somehow my cell number got changed on my profile to an incorrect number so I cannot log into my account to amend or delete my listing. I am constantly receiving bookings for the listing to the great frustration of the poor people who make the bookings only to find out that the listing is not valid. Numerous emails and calls to the Booking.com offices in Europe resulted in nothing but one consultant admitting that the situation cannot be solved by them. They are a victim of how their computerised system works which once an incorrect cell number is on their records becomes totally dysfunctional without any remedy. This is pathetic. Only Booking.com could have changed my cell number as it would get verified by a pin if I tried to change it. Why they would put their customers and myself through this frustration is beyond me.
