Dysatisfactory with Booking.com

This is full of ****, I have made a booking on the first of October 2025 and when we got to the guest house the hospitality was bad we then cancelled the reservation. 12 days that they mentioned in they refund policy is total *****. Till today the 27th of October I have not received my refund. I have tried to get hold of them but they have a computerized system that answers your questions.

I don't really encourage people to use this add, total bull****.
