Duplicate Transactions & Pathetic Customer Support

How do you charge me twice and my payment still didn't go through? I have tried reaching out regarding the duplicate transaction but after 48hrs I am still waiting for a response. Pathetic!

Now the property requires their payment but booking.com has taken the required amount twice and I am required to pay once again. That will mean I have paid 3x the required booking amount.
