Double charged for one booking

I made a booking on the 6/ November 2024 for Indaba hotel. I was charged twice for one booking, your site gave an error on the first transaction “we weren’t able to charge this card”I then pressed okay and entered different card details I then get charged on both cards. Please refund the first card . Card details: Card Number: *** Expiry: 06/27
