Double booking with no refund

I made a booking with Booking.com for a BnB in Midrand on the 8th of December 2023, only to find out that the place booked is booked and Booking.com has double booked the place. I had already paid when the receptionist from the booked bnb called me to apologise for what has transpired. I sent an email with all the required details. They rep**** and said they’d refund me in 7-14 working days. Two months down the line I still haven’t received communication or my refund.
