Double booking / No assistance!!

I have made use of [URL Removed] before so there was no concern for me to accept that the confirmation send to me to confirm my booking with *****ed Cottage in Clarens is confirmed and arranged, only to receive a mail that advises me that *****ed Cottage can not accommodate me anymore.<br> <br> The only solution was to find me alternative accommodation which is 30 km away from the Town, if I wanted to go somewhere else I would have looked for accommodation there in the first place, and unfortunately my travel arrangements does not allow me to stay far from town.<br> <br> I have send email to confirm this \ very un-professional"response - to no avail - no response as yet"
