Double Booking - Left Stranded

I was completely disappointed and disgusted with the service received. I made a booking 5 months in advance, just to discover that there was a double booking made by another person 3 weeks before my trip. Worst of all, they allowed that person to stay and left me absolutely stranded with no accommodation after travelling for 13hours. Nothing was done to make this up to me or to correct the situation. I will never use booking.com again, and informed everyone I know to not use the service either.
