Double booking clients on one property

They is an apartment in Johannesburg called “ Chapel apartments on 7 Chapel Avenue, Bryanston, 2191 Johannesburg, South Africa. Please don’t book there via bookings.com I had an experience this weekend were I booked and upon check in they told me that they are no longer with bookings.com imagine the frustration after driving 6hours. Even though bookings.com had to book alternative accommodation for me 2hours later. I advise you save yourself the inconvenience by not booking at that property via this platform. And I don’t know why bookings.com is not taking this property off their platform because it’s such small things that makes one lose faith in a beautiful platform. I urge bookings.com to seriously attend to this matter as an urgency and not ignore my recommendation
