Double booking by booking.com - now I must wait 14 days for refund!!!!!!!!!

Was excited to go away for the weekend. Booked a great place in Langebaan via booking.com and paid in full.

Then get told they double booked and have to wait 14 days for a refund.

No offer to help find an alternative.

Unbelievable service!
