Double booking arrangement by bookings.com at Unit 423, Hills Lifestyle Estate, Ballito.

We recently booked on booking.com for a place ar rhe Hills lifestyle apartment in Ballito for three nights with a confirmation sent via email. To our surprise on arrival, we found that the unit has been occuppied a week ago. Clearly, the person who was facilitating the booking arrangement should know what he was doing either arranging sounke booking **********ly or he doesn't know what he was doing. The said part is that one of the guest of a granny of 90 years old. This is so humiliating, disgusting and immoral for one to disrespect guests to this extent.
