Don't use their car hire service

I booked car hire through booking.com. not sure why they gave me a **** company like Bidvest. They didn't give us the car we asked for. And the car they forced us to take had scratches on it which i knew they were going to tell us was our fault when we returned the car. Which is exactly what happened. Noone believed it came like that and now they taking the money off our deposit. Not to mention charging us TWICE for rental. And the paper said they will fill the fuel themselves but they still charged us for that too. My gawd. With cheating like this karma will burn their place down in no time.
