Don’t use booking.com!!!!

My recent booking at beach albatros aqua park Hurghada, for the dates 19-22 November 2024, I made the booking on booking.com as a partner deal and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told the booking was for an Egyptian residents room! There was no mention whatsoever on the booking.com deal that it was an Egyptian residents room!!!!! This is absolutely pathetic service on your part and apparently Agoda as well as they appear to be the partner in the “partner deal” as the hotel told me on arrival that they received a booking confirmation from Agoda and not booking.com! This is abolsitelt unprofessional and unbelievably bad service from both companies! I was made to pay more at the hotel as my booking was for an Egyptian only room on their records! Who is going to reimburse me for this absolute damn nonsense!!!! Your site is absolute bull**** and you should be shut down! Your properties and ratings are absolute and total BULL****!!!!!
