Don’t use booking.com

Made a booking with booking.com ,they deducted the money from my bank and when I got the the hotel I was told payment has not been made and I had to pay again. When booking I had selected “pay at hotel” this is for hotels in Portugal (still waiting for refund) and paid again in Madrid.
