Don’t use booking.com

Totally unacceptable client services , please never book with booking.com, you will not get response and not get your refund!!! You will call and the agent will promise feedback and nothing will happen very unprofessional. Once they have you Money it’s gone and will not accommodate u after. It’s been two weeks waiting for a a manager to call us and this is after calling about 3 times a day requesting feedback.
