Don't trust booking.com

My daughter made a booking at a guest house for her matric dance which she canceled well in advance almost three weeks ahead of due date This did not stop booking.com from debiting her bank account 5 times in one day In my opinion I think booking.com is a **** and they do not honor cancelations or care about customers
