Don't just take these ******** for grant on your stay, they may ruin your vacation too.

I am not able to find 0 rating, they don't even deserve one-star rating too,

I booked a stay at Storms River Mouth, Tsitsikamma National Park a month earlier to confirm my stay, i got all the confirmation code and every email stating that my booking was confirmed with the host. on the day before starting to Tsitsikamma I called the host and informed him that I am coming to Tsitsikamma tomorrow, surprisingly he said I don't see your name on the list. I sent the confirmation letter I had with booking.com, but he simply said I am not doing business with booking.com and the hotel was fully booked and no place for us to stay. I was shocked and dialed booking.com and I am very unhappy to listen their words as there is a miscommunication between the host and booking.com, they will find another stay for me and they said they will refund(what the ****?) what they will refund is the hotel money, I pre-booked so many activities and those are my vacation days, just got ruined. They didn't even tried for any other place around and said that all are booked fully and they gave some places 25kms away from the place we booked that too from Airbnb. From then I never trusted these ********, if I am going to book a room, I will first check-in Airbnb, with high ratings and I will read each and every comment to ensure that I won’t be ********** again.
