DONT EVER USE BOOKING.COM

I made several booking on the 31/12/22 under site 1.SOKIE GUEST HOUSE- made payment, when contacting the property they told me they are fully booked, I have still not received my refund. looked for other accommodation,Parkhurst Villa, wanted 1 unit for 4 adults, was charged R2400. contacted the property & was told I was charged for 2 units, cancelled in less than 10mins and was charged R1849 as a cancellation fee. disgusting service overall. booking.com does not update their properties online and then u get charged regardless. I will never use them again! ever! its a money making scheme please don't use them.
