Don’t book your hotel on booking.com

Still waiting for a refund on a free booking cancellation. The hotel should never have processed any charge owing to COVID-19. It’s been 3 months of waiting already. No refund after promise of 48 hours. Worst service ever. Online only and completely unhelpful.
