Don’t book your flights with Booking.com

I booked my flight with booking.com to Bali via Qatar using Qatar airways for the 30th of March- 4April. The airline then cancelled my flight due to the war, I was promised 10-15 working days to get my refund, 43 days later I am still waiting for my refund. I have been making follow ups with Booking.com and their agents keep saying they have escalated my matter. I regret using that app.
