We were ****med after booking accommodation on Booking.com and paid a total of R6,062.30. The Guesthouse is called Dolphin Guesthouse and it is in Ballito as per listing. A complaint was lodged via booking.com and no feedback was received. We had to book alternative accomodation at night in an area we are not fami**** with.
