Don't use [URL Removed]

We booked a guest house in Italy through [URL Removed] and had to book with a credit card. The guest house deducted the total amount from our credit card, 200 Euros. The guest house then cancelled our booking a week before we were due to stay there and never refunded our 200 Euros. Our insurance wouldn't pay us back the money as they say we booked through a booking site and it is their responsibility to get us a refund. Needless to say [URL Removed] just ignores us now and it seems we have lost our money. I just feel I have to warn people using [URL Removed] to book. If you have paid it and the guest house or hotel refuses to pay you back you have lost your money. [URL Removed] just doesn't care as they are operating from Netherlands and what can you do. Rather use local companies as it is easier to contact them as you need only make local calls to communicate.
