DON'T USE BOOKING.COM OR GATEWAY HOTEL!!!!

<p>Booking code 11 ********** 7. I called gateway hotel to request my stay at a future stay as I could not make it today as my daughter is extremely sick n had to be taken to hospital. I have the documents to prove it. Moses at the gateway hotel said I should contact booking. Com.i did n spoke to sasha who says according to the terms n conditions nothing can be done.i advised that these are unforseen circumstances n I have proof from the hospital. He said he will speak to his manager n call me back. He called me n said she said straight out no! Is this how valuable your customer are that you CANNOT GO THE EXTRA MILE and make an exception. If it were your child???!!!! I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING. COM OR GATEWAY HOTEL EVER AGAIN. N I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON ALL MY SOCIAL NETWORKS AND TRUST ME YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS. WORD OF MOUTH IS TAKEN EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY!!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AND DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE! !!@</p>
