Do Not use Booking.com/Viator - African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Divingfor any Excursions EVER!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with Booking.com/Viator, I booked an excursion through them for African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Diving in Cape Town in December 2025 for 4 people and paid full price (not cheap). Because of bad weather African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Diving could rescheduled multiple times and our companions were flying back, so we had to ask for a refund for two people, Africa Shark Cage Diving, confirmed they did request our refund with Booking.com/Viator. We still kept our booking for the remaining two people, but again couldn't be helped because of weather after a week of back and forth we decided to ask for a refund on our remaining booking of two people. African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Diving, confirmed they did request our refund with Booking.com/Viator. I also received an email from Booking.com that my monies will be refunded on both occasions. I received the first refund on 14 days later, but still to this day more than a month later my second refund was not done. African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Diving, said it out of their hands because they requested the second refund they cannot help. After multiple emails Booking.com only reply on email refer to my bank, my bank says that Booking.com closed the booking and there is no second refund listed. So now, there is no more communication and I just have to loose money owed to me. So in closing never use Booing.com/Viator for excursion bookings and the 3rd party vendor African Shark Eco-Charters- Shark Cage Diving as they also just wash their hands and it is not their problem that they did not provide a service.
