Do not use booking.com use AirBnB, its safer

I had a booking, which they could not honor, and the owner doesn't want to give us our refund.

They do not abide by the South African Customer Protection Act. They have avoided legal and consistent communications. Very strange group and does not seem legitimate.

My suggestion is to book elsewhere because the service there is just terrible, and the owner and cleaner (Maureen is a *****) do not respond to their phones.
