Do not use booking.com & secure beach house in mykonos

I'm absolutely gutted by the manner that booking.com does things, firstly you are told that reservation is free and as soon as ypu put on your bank details the charge you, as if that is not enough they claim that cancellation is free and yet they only refund not even a quarter of what you paid...I am disgusted at the fact that instead resolving this issue the same way i approached them they tell me to contact the property to ask them to cancel from their side, i really dont care about all of that i booked on thurday evening and by saturday Morning i didn't reach a cpnclusion with the property I decided to cancel for the reasons that my flight was going to arrive after 10 pm and the property said they could only make an exception at an extra charge which I wasnt happy with , the second reason is I can not get hold of the property on the phone. Upon cancellation they said they would only refund me a small portion of what I paid which is total nonesense. I do not even want to touch on the level of customer service at booking.com.

Do not use booking.com they have horrible customer service and as for the property "secure beach house in mykonos" the worst, the number given to us wen to a lady who had no idea what we were talking about.
