do not use booking.com false advertising

We booked a place for a family vacation confirmation number was *** UMKOMAAS LODGE WE PAID in september full amount we got the the place on the 28 december what we found there was a hillbrow of KZN the losge was dirty nothing like what is advitised the pool was full of mud no chicken where as they said its self cater. the bathrooms had notices that we shoulgnt flush (health harzard) we refused to stay the as we paid 26k we had to leave to find alternative accomodation. we requested for refund immediatly and we were told they will investigate now they are sending us from pillar to post.
